Ingredients:

• 1 – full chicken, chopped into bite size pieces
• 1 – onion, big sized chopped finely
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1.50 tsp – fennel powder
• salt as required
• For seasoning: 1 tbsp – oil
• 5 – crushed Dried red chilli
• 7 – Garlic Cloves finely minced
• 1 stalk – Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Wash and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Mix it with all the ingredients and cook the chicken properly.
  3. In another non-stick pan, heat oil.
  4. Add garlic, chillies and curry leaves, when it releases a nice aroma, add the cooked chicken along with the gravy.
  5. Cook stirring well and coat all the masalas until the entire water evaporates and the chicken looks like semi gravy.
  6. Serve the curry with rice or bread.
