
Ingredients:
• 1 – full chicken, chopped into bite size pieces
• 1 – onion, big sized chopped finely
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1.50 tsp – fennel powder
• salt as required
• For seasoning: 1 tbsp – oil
• 5 – crushed Dried red chilli
• 7 – Garlic Cloves finely minced
• 1 stalk – Curry leaves
Method:
- Wash and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Mix it with all the ingredients and cook the chicken properly.
- In another non-stick pan, heat oil.
- Add garlic, chillies and curry leaves, when it releases a nice aroma, add the cooked chicken along with the gravy.
- Cook stirring well and coat all the masalas until the entire water evaporates and the chicken looks like semi gravy.
- Serve the curry with rice or bread.
