Ingredients:
• 300 g – Flour
• 200 g – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 2 – Eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Sugar powder
Method:
- Mix the flour with sugar, vanilla essence, baking powder, butter, beaten eggs and milk to a soft dough.
- Divide into even sized balls and place on a greased baking tray.
- Bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes till slightly brown on top.
- Sprinkle icing sugar liberally on top while still hot.
