Ingredients:

• 6 – fresh, juicy corncobs
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – dried herb of your choice (oregano, mint, etc)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Trim the cobs and wash under running water.
  2. Melt some butter, add salt to taste and brush the cobs liberally with it.
  3. Place in a wide bowl, sprinkle crushed herbs, cover loosely and microwave on high for 3 to 3.5 minutes.
  4. Flip once in between.
  5. Cover and let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
