
Ingredients:
• 100 g – coconut, grated
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 – spring onions, chopped
• 1 – cabbage, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 – Red Chillies
• 5 – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- In a dish heat oil, add mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves, and microwave, covered, on high for 2 minutes.
- Grind the coconut, green chilli and spring onions to a paste and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and microwave on power 70 for 8 minutes, till the cabbage is cooked.
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander.
