Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – lean minced lamb Meat
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 – onion, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 3 tbsp – boiled Corn kernels, smashed
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli sauce
• Salt as per taste
• 4 – cheese cubes

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except cheese cube.
  2. Mix it well and make 8 portion of patties.
  3. Cook the meat with a little salt and pepper and divide the meat into 4 portions
  4. Place 4 cheese cubes and the meat on the patties.
  5. Top each with other 4 patties.
  6. Press together firmly, sealing the edges firmly. Cheese should be completely covered.
  7. Grill the patties, turning once till the patties are brown, approximately 20 mins| Serve with chips
