Ingredients:
• 250g – amrood (guava)
• 1 Lemon
• 100g – green coriander
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
• 1 Lemon – juice
• 3-4 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and de-seed amrood.
- Wash and cut green coriander.
- Grind all the ingredients in mixer and eat as an accompaniment with any snacks.
