Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Beef
• 2 tsp – Sugar (for marinade)
• 1 tbsp – ginger- Garlic paste (for marinade)
• 1 tsp – mustard powder (for marinade)
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce (for marinade)
• 1 tsp – salt (for marinade)
• 1 tsp – pepper powder (for marinade)
• 2 tbsp – Worcestershire sauce (for marinade)
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar (for marinade)
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – ajinamoto
• 1 bunch – Onion Leeks
• 250 g – Capsicums
• 1 tsp – soda bi-carbonate
• 200 g – Green peas
• 200 g – French beans
• 200 g – Carrots
• 3 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 3 tbsp – chilli sauce
Method:
- Cut and wash the beef in thin strips.
- Marinate it with ingredients and keep aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Then cook the meat in the water that has oozed out
- In a little oil, fry the capsicums, cut in slices, and add a little ajinomoto and keep aside.
- In another pan fry in a little oil onions, leeks, and the other vegetables individually.
- Boil green peas with a little soda bi-carbonate.
- When boiled remove and keep aside, then in the same water, boil first the French beans and then, the carrots.
- Serve in a dish, with meat in the middle, and the vegetables on the side, and garnished with the chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
