Ingredients:

• 250 gms – Bhindi
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1/2 tsp – Aamchur powder
• 1 tbsp- Ginger Garlic paste
• Lemon grass paste or Lemon juice
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut the bhindis into halves. Fry it in oil till it is half cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and chopped onion.
  3. Fry till it is golden brown.
  4. Add garlic, ginger paste to it.
  5. Then add the chopped tomatoes to it.
  6. Also add the tomato puree to it.
  7. Add aamchur powder, chilli powder and dhania powder.
  8. Add the fried bhindi to it.
  9. Add salt according to taste.
  10. Add garam masala and the lemon juice.
  11. Garnish with coriander.
