Ingredients:

• 4 – potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
• 2 – capsicums, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsps – Red Chilli powder (or to taste)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil and splutter the cumin seeds. Saute garlic for a few minutes.
  2. Add the potatoes, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
  3. Cook till the potatoes are done.
  4. Serve hot.
