Ingredients:

• 2 – Capsicums
• 2 – cups yoghurt/curds
• 2 tsp – salt
• 2 – sprigs of fresh coriander

Method:

  1. Chop the capsicums finely.
  2. In a pan, splutter the mustard seeds in hot oil.
  3. Add crushed dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Add the capsicum and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Cool the mixture. Mix with yoghurt.
  6. Add salt and chopped coriander. Tastes good with parathas.
