
Ingredients:
• 2 – Capsicums
• 2 – cups yoghurt/curds
• 2 tsp – salt
• 2 – sprigs of fresh coriander
Method:
- Chop the capsicums finely.
- In a pan, splutter the mustard seeds in hot oil.
- Add crushed dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the capsicum and fry for 1 minute.
- Cool the mixture. Mix with yoghurt.
- Add salt and chopped coriander. Tastes good with parathas.
