
Ingredients:
• 3 – Capsicums
• 3 – onions, medium
• 2.5 tbsp – sesame powder
• 1 tbsp – ground nut powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Tamarind juice
• Salt as per taste
• Oil as required
Method:
- First cut the capsicum into small square pieces and slice the onions. Heat the oil and add the onions.
- Saute them until they turn light brown on a low flame.
- Then add the turmeric powder and the ginger garlic paste.
- Then add the capsicum pieces and again fry them for 5 – 6 mins
- Then add all the other ingredients except tamarind paste and salt.
- When the capsicum is almost cooked add the tamarind juice and salt.
- Cook for another 5 mins and the curry is done.
