Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – groundnuts
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli
• salt
• 3 tsp – oil
• 1 cup – any kind cooked vegetables

Method:

  1. Roast groundnuts, garlic and red chilli until crispy.
  2. Powder them.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add your choice of cooked vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle the prepared powder and salt to taste.
