Ingredients:

• 1 big bunch – coriander (cilantro) leaves
• 1 cup – besan
• Red Chilli powder – to taste
• Turmeric powder – to taste
• 2-3 Garlic Cloves – ground to paste
• 1 tsp – crushed Oregano (ajwain)
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – as per need
• Water – as required

Method:

  1. Chop the coriander leaves finely.
  2. In a bowl, add besan, chopped coriander leaves and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. You can add 1-2 tsp of hot oil in the batter prepared.
  5. Now, in the remaining oil, add small amounts of the batter and deep fry till crispy brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
