Ingredients:

• 1 cup – dry Drumstick leaves (washed and chopped finely)
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 cup – jowari flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 5 to 6 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Coriander seed powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well, except the ghee.
  2. Add sufficient water to make a stiff dough.
  3. On a non-stick tawa, smear a little ghee and heat well.
  4. On low flame, make small dosas and roast on both sides until golden, applying a little ghee when you flip the sides.
