Ingredients:

• 4 – skinless, boneless Chicken breasts
• 1 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1/2 – tsp salt
• 1/4 – tsp pepper
• 3/4 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – oil for frying
• For Honey mustard sauce:
• 1/2 cup – Honey
• 1/4 cup – Dijon mustard

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into 1/2 x 2-inch strips. Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken in milk and roll in flour mixture and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp.
  3. Serve hot with honey mustard sauce.
  4. For the sauce, mix together all the ingredients. (Ideally, prepare this sauce the previous day.)
