
Ingredients:
• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• 2 – onions, large
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Tamarind pulp (as per taste)
• 2 tsp – salt
• 5 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Chop the onions and fry them in 4 tbsp of oil on medium flame
- Once the onions turn golden brown colour switch the flame off and let it cool
- Once cool, grind the onion along with the tamarind pulp
- Take the boiled eggs make a few slits on them
- Now heat the remaining oil and fry the eggs in the oil for some time (3-4 minutes)
- Then put the onion paste into it.
- Add the red chilli and coriander powder, simmer for a few minutes and serve
