
Ingredients:
• fish slices (use any big flaky fish) – 1/2 kg
• Onion – 1 cup, minced
• Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
• Green chillies – 1 tbsp, minced
• Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
• cumin powder – 1 tsp
• chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• grated Coconut – 2 tbsp
• salt to taste
Method:
- Steam the fish till cooked.
- Cool, remove the skin and bones and flake the fish.
- Combine all the ingredients from onion to salt together and mix with the fish.
- Sprinkle grated coconut on top.
- Serve as an accompaniment to rice and curry.
