
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Raw Mango
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida
• 50 g – Mustard Seeds
• 25 g – dal
• Dry Ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• 100 g – Garlic Cloves
• 50 g – Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Marinate the mango pieces with salt and turmeric overnight.
- Remove any water and dry them in the sun.
- Deep fry the garlic cloves.
- Heat the mustard oil till it smokes, then cool it.
- When mango pieces are completely dry, mix them with all the spices, garlic cloves and oil.
- Store in a jar.
