Ingredients:

• Butter – 4 tbsp
• Bay Leaf – 1
• Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Carrot – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Broccoli – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Cauliflower – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Zucchini – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Thyme – 1 tsp
• Oregano – 1 tsp
• Rosemary – 1 tsp
• Mushroom sauce – 2 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
• Tabasco – few drops
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan, add bay leaf and after few second, add onion, stir fry till onion is soft.
  2. Add all the vegetables except the zucchini.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and stir fry till vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Add zucchini and herbs, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add pepper and all the sauces.
  6. Mix well, cook briefly and serve with hot garlic cheese toast.
