Ingredients:
• Butter – 4 tbsp
• Bay Leaf – 1
• Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Carrot – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Broccoli – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Cauliflower – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Zucchini – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Thyme – 1 tsp
• Oregano – 1 tsp
• Rosemary – 1 tsp
• Mushroom sauce – 2 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
• Tabasco – few drops
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Melt butter in a frying pan, add bay leaf and after few second, add onion, stir fry till onion is soft.
- Add all the vegetables except the zucchini.
- Sprinkle with salt and stir fry till vegetables are tender crisp.
- Add zucchini and herbs, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add pepper and all the sauces.
- Mix well, cook briefly and serve with hot garlic cheese toast.
