
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Pearl millet flour
• 1 cup – quick cooking oats
• 3 tbsp – cornmeal
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• Salt
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2 -dry red chillies, broken
• 1/4 tsp – asafetida powder
• 3 – curry leaves, chopped
Method:
- In a vessel, add the pearl millet flour, quick cooking oats, cornmeal, curd and water as a thick batter
- Heat few drops of oil and fry the mustard seeds, asafoetida powder, curry leaves urad dal and dry red chillies.
- Add the chopped onions and stir until the onions turn translucent
- Add this tempered onions to the batter
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of this instant pearl millet and oats batter, drizzle the oil and cook on both sides until the dosa get well cooked
