Ingredients:
• 1 cup Wheat flour
• Sugar (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
• Cardamom powder 1 pinch (optional)
• 2 tbsp Coconut (optional)
• Ghee
• Water
Method:
- Mix flour, sugar, coconut and cardamom.
- Add enough water to make batter of thick dosa consistency.
- On a flat griddle or tava, cook small dosas over a tsp of ghee.
- Serve hot.
