Ingredients:
• Kath Alu – 1 cup
• Spinach – 1/2 bunch
• Spring onions – 1/2 cup
• Garlic Pods – 4
• Mustard oil – 1 tsp
• Salt – To taste
Method:
- Boil kath alu.
- Cut and add spinach (Paleng) leaves, spring onion (Piyaaz Paat), crushed garlic pods, salt, mustard oil and mash with your fingers. Mix well.
- Serve with hot rice.
