Ingredients:

• Kath Alu – 1 cup
• Spinach – 1/2 bunch
• Spring onions – 1/2 cup
• Garlic Pods – 4
• Mustard oil – 1 tsp
• Salt – To taste

Method:

  1. Boil kath alu.
  2. Cut and add spinach (Paleng) leaves, spring onion (Piyaaz Paat), crushed garlic pods, salt, mustard oil and mash with your fingers. Mix well.
  3. Serve with hot rice.
