Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Maida (all-purpose flour)
• 1 cup – Rava
• 1/2 cup – vegetables (carrot, beans, onions, peas, finely cut)
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• To season:
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form batter.
  2. Season some oil with cumin seeds. Pour into the batter.
  3. Heat the tava and make small thick dosas – just like omelettes.
