Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 2 tbsp – flaxseed meal
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3/4 cup – warm water
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Flour for dusting

Method:

  1. Take the wheat flour, flaxseed meal, garam masala powder with salt in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add the water and knead as smooth and soft dough.
  3. Keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Make medium sized balls from the dough, dust with flour and roll them as rotis.
  5. Meanwhile heat a tawa, drop gently the rolled roti, drizzle few drops of oil, cook on both sides until they get well cooked.
  6. Enjoy warm with any sort of chutneys.
