Ingredients:
• 1 loaf – bread
• 100 g – Carrot and beans
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
Method:
- Slice the vegetables.
- Cut the bread slices into cubes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and let the mustard seeds splutter.
- Add the onion and fry until light brown.
- Add the capsicum and other vegetables and cook well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well with the vegetables.
- Add the bread cubes and tomato sauce and mix well.
