Ingredients:

• 1 loaf – bread
• 100 g – Carrot and beans
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce

Method:

  1. Slice the vegetables.
  2. Cut the bread slices into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and let the mustard seeds splutter.
  4. Add the onion and fry until light brown.
  5. Add the capsicum and other vegetables and cook well.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well with the vegetables.
  7. Add the bread cubes and tomato sauce and mix well.
