Ingredients:
• white pumpkin – 1/4 kg
• Chenai (yam) – 200 g
• Beans – 100 g
• Drumstick – 1
• Raw banana – 1(small)
• Green chillies – 5
• Pepper Corns – 5/6 grated
• Coconut Oil – 5/6 tbsps
• Moong dal – 50 g
• Curry leaves – A few
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into cubes. Wash them well.
- Pressure cook moong dal, vegetables, green chillies etc together.
- Once it is cooked, allow it to boil on the stove for 5 mins, mixing everything together.
- Remove from fire and add coconut oil and curry patta (curry leaves).
