Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Cooked mince
• 4 – Large tortillas
• 4 – Corn Tostada shells
• 8 tsp- Mexican chilly sauce
• 8 tsp – Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp- Hot sauce
• 4 – Cheese singles
• 1 cup – Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 cup- Chopped fresh Lettuce
• 4 tbsp -Butter/ Olive oil
Method:
- Take a tortilla and smear 2 tsps chilli in the centre
- Add a tostada shell (2 for extra crunchiness)
- Mix sour cream, mince, tomatoes and lettuce
- Spread 1/4 spoon of the mix and cover the tostada
- Add the sauces and fold the tortilla with the fillings
- Press the ends firmly together
- Heat olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the tortilla on both the sides until crunchy.
