Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Cooked mince
• 4 – Large tortillas
• 4 – Corn Tostada shells
• 8 tsp- Mexican chilly sauce
• 8 tsp – Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp- Hot sauce
• 4 – Cheese singles
• 1 cup – Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 cup- Chopped fresh Lettuce
• 4 tbsp -Butter/ Olive oil

Method:

  1. Take a tortilla and smear 2 tsps chilli in the centre
  2. Add a tostada shell (2 for extra crunchiness)
  3. Mix sour cream, mince, tomatoes and lettuce
  4. Spread 1/4 spoon of the mix and cover the tostada
  5. Add the sauces and fold the tortilla with the fillings
  6. Press the ends firmly together
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the tortilla on both the sides until crunchy.
