Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp – Oats
• 10 Dates
• 6 Almonds
• 3 cups – Milk

Method:

  1. Dry roast oats till a nice nutty aroma comes.
  2. Chop almonds and dates roughly.
  3. Grind oats, almonds, dates with milk until a creamy consistency is reached.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  5. Garnish with dates and almonds and serve chilled.
