Ingredients:
• 6 – Onions
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste
• To grind: 1 cup – Coconut
• 1 tsp – Saunf
Method:
- Cut the onions. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and add onion and fry 5 -7 mins.
- Add salt and red chilli powder fry for 3 mins.
- Add masala mix and switch off the stove.
- Simple onion curry is ready to serve
