Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – Rava
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 2 tsp – Peppercorns
• 10 – Cashewnuts (Crushed)
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 – Green chillies (finely chopped)
• Salt – 1 tbsp of Ghee
• Oil
• 1 cup – finely chopped Onions

Method:

  1. Mix all the flours with water to make a very thin batter.
  2. Add salt to it. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, peppercorns and cashewnuts to the batter.
  3. Heat a tawa. When it is hot enough, pour two ladleful of batter in a circular manner.
  4. Drizzle oil along the edges and also in the holes of the dosa.
  5. Add some finely chopped onions on to it. When the bottom turns crisp and golden in colour, remove from the tawa.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney/sambhar and enjoy.
