Ingredients:

• Onion – 10-12 (very small)
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Water – 1 cup
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel the onions and cut each of them partially into four halves.
  2. Grind the mustard seeds.
  3. To 1 cup of water, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mustard seed powder and mix well.
  4. Pour this mixture into a jar and add the onions.
  5. The pickle will be ready within two days.
