Ingredients:

• 750 gms – Chicken
• 1 pod – Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – ginger, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 7 – small Onions
• 6 – whole Red Chillies
• 5 – Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – aniseed
• 2 sticks – Cinnamon
• 100 gms – khoya
• 250 gms – Yoghurt
• 2 cooking spoons – clarified Butter
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the chicken, cloves, cardamom and the cinnamon with the yoghurt and keep ready.
  2. Heat the clarified butter and add the cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
  3. Add all the ingredients except for the chicken and stir till the masalas is done.
  4. Add the chicken and cook till it’s done.
  5. Do not add any water.
