
Ingredients:
• Left over Idly Batter
• 1/4 cup Rice Flour
• Salt as per taste
• 3 Green chillies, chopped finely
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix rice flour in the left over idli batter so that it is of thick consistent.
- Now take a spoon full of batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- If you want, you can add finely cut onions and green chillies. Tastes great while hot and equally good when cold also.
