Ingredients:

• Peas – 1 cup.
• Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup.
• Tomato puree – 2 tsp.
• Curd – 1 tbsp.
• Coriander leaves – A handful.
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – a pinch.
• Chilli powder to taste.
• oil for cooking.

Method:

  1. Put some oil (2 to 3 tsp) in a pan. Fry chopped onions.
  2. When it become light brown, put peas, tomato puree, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, curd and salt.
  3. Saute continuously for 10 minutes.
  4. Simmer for few minutes until oil separates.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with chapattis.
