Ingredients:

• Peas -100 g.
• Besan-200 g.
• Chilli powder-1/2 tsp.
• Coriander powder-1/2 tsp.
• Baking powder-1/2 tsp.
• Salt to taste.
• Water-1/4 cup (approx.).
• oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Dry grind the peas in a blender.
  2. Mix with besan and other ingredients.
  3. Mix water and make a thick batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Fry as small dumplings in hot oil.
  5. Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
