Ingredients:

• 1 -Persimmons
• 1 cup – thick Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Sugar or Honey

Method:

  1. Scoop out the pulp from the persimmon.
  2. Blend everything together in a blender until they turn creamy.
  3. Serve them chilled or with ice cubes.
