
Ingredients:
• 85 g-sugar.
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence.
• 85 g- Peanuts.
• 2- Egg whites.
• 1 pinch -salt.
Method:
- Toast peanuts in oven for a few minutes.
- Peel the skin, chop and sprinkle with salt.
- Beat eggs to a stiff froth, add essence and sugar gradually, and continue beating.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Arrange a tspful of mixture apart on a greased and floured tray and bake in a slow oven 150 degree C (about 300 degree F) till firm and light brown in colour.
