
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sugar.
• 2 cups – flour.
• 2 – eggs.
• 2 tsp – baking soda.
• 1/2 cup – Walnuts or pecans.
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder (optional).
• 1 can – undrained crushed pineapple.
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl until it is well blended.
- Take a greased 9 x 13 pan and pour this mixture in it.
- Bake it at 350 degree F for 30 mins.
