
Ingredients:
• Small Shrimp – 1 pack
• Tomatoes – 3
• Onions – 2
• Oil – for fry
• Fennel seed (Saunf) / Aniseed – 1tsp
• salt – 1tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1 or 2 tbsp
Method:
- Clean the shrimp keep aside.
- Cut the tomatoes and onions.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add fennel seeds.
- Add tomatoes and onion and fry for few minutes.
- Add the shrimp and fry well until shrimp is half cooked.
- Add salt, chilli powder and fry till the shrimp is fully cooked.
- Quantity of salt and chilli powder can vary according to taste.
