Ingredients:

• 1/2 bunch – fresh Pudina leaves.
• 3 – onions, finely chopped.
• 250 g – paneer.
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 3/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 3/4 tsp – garam masala.
• Salt to taste.
• 4 tsp – oil.
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped.

Method:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into 4 big pieces. Remove the pulp.
  2. Chop into tiny pieces. Keep the pulp aside.
  3. Cut paneer into 1/2 inch cubes.
  4. Heat oil. Add onions and fry.
  5. Add tomato pulp and cook for 1-2 mins till pulp is dry.
  6. Add paneer, finely chopped pudina, turmeric, chilli powder, tomato pieces and garam masala.
  7. Cook for 2 mins.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.
