Ingredients:

• 1 cup – pudina (mint leaves).
• 1 -onion.
• 1 -ginger – little cut into pieces.
• 2 -green chilli.
• 1/2 tsp- pepper powder.
• 2 – cashew nut.
• 1 cup- Rice basmati optional.
• salt.
• 1 tbsp -oil.
• ghee.

Method:

  1. Cook rice separately.
  2. In a pan add a little oil and fry chilli, onion, ginger and finely cut mint leaves.
  3. Now add pepper powder, salt and fry it.
  4. Fry the cashew nuts in a little ghee and mix the cooked rice with the pudina mixture.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with any raita.
