Ingredients:
• Mushrooms – 1 cup (chopped)
• Peas – 1 cup
• Onion – 1 (sliced finely)
• 1/2 – Capsicum (green bell pepper), finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – kitchen king powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Take a heavy-based pan, heat it and melt butter.
- Put chopped mushrooms and saute at high flame. Sprinkle salt on it and let the mushrooms dry.
- When it is sauteed, take out and keep aside.
- In the same pan, put jeera, onions, capsicum, peas, salt and saute them also on high heat.
- When onions are a little brown, mix tomatoes and let it dry a little.
- Now mix sauteed mushrooms, kitchen king powder, garam masala, chilli powder and chopped chilli.
- Fry for another 2 minutes then mix ketchup, and then fry for one more minute.
- Serve hot with roti or paratha.
