Ingredients:

• Mushrooms – 1 cup (chopped)
• Peas – 1 cup
• Onion – 1 (sliced finely)
• 1/2 – Capsicum (green bell pepper), finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – kitchen king powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Take a heavy-based pan, heat it and melt butter.
  2. Put chopped mushrooms and saute at high flame. Sprinkle salt on it and let the mushrooms dry.
  3. When it is sauteed, take out and keep aside.
  4. In the same pan, put jeera, onions, capsicum, peas, salt and saute them also on high heat.
  5. When onions are a little brown, mix tomatoes and let it dry a little.
  6. Now mix sauteed mushrooms, kitchen king powder, garam masala, chilli powder and chopped chilli.
  7. Fry for another 2 minutes then mix ketchup, and then fry for one more minute.
  8. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
