Ingredients:

• 300 g Ragi flour (nachini flour)
• 3 tbsp Wheat flour
• 1 medium Onion (sliced)
• 3 Green chillies (chopped, fine)
• 1/2 tsp dry fried Jeera
• 1/2 tsp finely chopped Ginger
• Salt – to taste
• A pinch of baking soda
• Oil to prepare dosa
• 1 tsp chopped Curry leaves
• 2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil).
  2. Add water to prepare a batter of dosa-consistency and keep for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare dosa by pouring a ladleful on a non-stick dosa pan.
  4. Spread it and sprinkle a few drops of oil on the dosa.
  5. This dosa will be a bit thick and takes a little more time to cook.
  6. Turn it and cook other side too.
  7. Eat them hot with any chutney.
