Ingredients:

• 1 tub – vanilla ice-cream
• 1/2 cup – Cream
• 1 handful – Almonds
• 2 tbsp – honey.

Method:

  1. Roast the almonds in a pre-heated oven at a moderate temperature for a few mins, till done. Cool completely and chop into thin flakes.
  2. Cut the vanilla ice-cream into pieces.
  3. Add cream and churn gently till soft and fluffy.
  4. Add the almond flakes and honey. Mix well.
  5. Set in the freezer.
