
Ingredients:
• 1 – Broccoli
• 2 – Onions
• 1 tsp – Cumins
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed kadai.
- Splutter Cumins and add onions. Saute till onions turn pink in colour.
- Add turmeric and stir for a min.
- Add broccoli and mix well.
- Reduce the flame and cover the kadai and cook for 10 mins.
- Keep stirring every 4 mins.
- When done, add salt and chilli powder and stir well.
- Cook for 3 to 4 mins more.
- Remove and serve hot.
