Ingredients:

• Raw Rice – 1 Cup
• Rice flakes – 1 tbsp
• Methi seeds – 1 tsp
• Jaggery – 1/2 cup
• Coconut – 1/4 cup
• Elachi (optional)

Method:

  1. Soak raw rice, rice flakes and methi seeds together in water for one hour.
  2. Grind with coconut and jaggery.
  3. Keep the tawa on the gas and prepare dosa over low heat by adding a little oil and spreading the batter out.
  4. The dosa could be served with ghee or butter.
