
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – instant noodles
• 1 cup – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 1/2 cup – Honey
• 1/2 cup – dates, chopped, finely
• 2 slices – bread
• 1 cup – paneer, crumbled
• 1/4 cup – Raisins
• 5 cups – curd, beaten
• oil for shallow fry
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the noodles, keep aside to cool.
- Mix together noodles, flour, paneer, mashed potatoes, bread and salt.
- Add chopped dates and mix lightly. Add half the raisins and mix.
- Meanwhile, beat the curd, mix in the honey and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, make vadas from the potato-raisin mixture and shallow fry till golden brown.
- Arrange vadas in a serving dish and pour the curd honey mixture on it.
- Keep in refrigerator till chilled.
- Garnish with almond flakes, raisins and serve chilled.
