
Ingredients:
• 250g – Asparagus
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – ground black pepper
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the asparagus into one inch pieces.
- Heat some water in a suitable pan and steam the asparagus pieces till just tender.
- Drain the water.
- Stir in the butter, pepper and salt.
- Serve as a side dish.
