Ingredients:
• Milk – 1/2 litre
• Onion – 1, medium-sized
• Ghee – 3 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry the chopped onion until golden brown. Add chilli powder and cook over low heat for a while taking care not to burn it.
- Add milk and salt and cook for 5-6 minutes. Serve with roti.
